Terms of Service

By accessing or using MakeCarousel (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

MakeCarousel is an AI-powered tool that helps users create LinkedIn carousel documents using voice transcription, AI-generated content, and customizable templates. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

You must sign in using a valid Google or LinkedIn account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update it as necessary. MakeCarousel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Access to the full features of MakeCarousel requires a paid subscription at $19 USD per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Billing is processed securely through Stripe. MakeCarousel does not store your payment information.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or defamatory
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent
• Use the Service to train competing AI models or products

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant MakeCarousel a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The MakeCarousel platform, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned exclusively by MakeCarousel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content generated by AI features of the Service is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing. MakeCarousel makes no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeCarousel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to MakeCarousel in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
